World in Crisis is a Real Time Strategy computer game for Windows. The main premise of the game is the question: What would have happened if the Berlin Wall hadn't fallen? Well, we would be living in a quite different world. That is what the game is all about. The Berlin Wall didn't fall and the Soviet army kept on getting more and more powerful. Ultimately, they decided to take some action to the American continent. I don't know why, but this whole scenario gives me goosebumps. You can play as either the Russians or the Americans. The game has elaborate graphics and gives the RTS world a new meaning. In this game, there is no initial set up of bases or gathering resources, it's all fast action, from start to end. The user can use many units, including marines, snipers, tanks, helicopters, aircraft, etc. The controls are relatively easy to use and the action is very intense. This game will not work on old(er) computers, so make sure that your computer can run most modern games at least in medium settings before you even give this one a try.
